Third-Day at gym



On the first day, everyone who goes to the gym so as to remain healthy and fit and to make a good physique of our body, so that we can feel confident, bring positiveness and can tell our body that yes “I think for you” that’s why I am doing this much of hard work.

On the first day, all of us (almost many) try to do so many exercises and try to lift so  much heavyweight because it feels so energetic at that time and after the first day when we come to the home
And  get busy in our activities, we don’t feel any pain at that time,

The toughest day of after joining Gym comes is the Second Day and third day (if you do less exercise on the first day and second day, then probably you may feel pain on the third day, but if you have done many exercises on the first day itself, then it will pain you so much on the second day, all your body parts will pain, you will not be able to move your hand, you will not be able to bend properly, if someone gives a baby punch on your chest, then it will pain so much as someone had moved bicycle on your chest, then the most important time comes is of sleeping ,

 now you will feel the real pain, you will sleep but you will feel the pain of your body parts in your dreams, but that would not be in your dreams, the pain you would be feeling would be your real body pain

On the third day, In the morning you might think to drop the Gym and take a leave of 2-3 days from the gym, or you might think to leave the gym and get back to your old the procedure , but not all think to leave the gym, you may have knowledge which you would have got from your friends or gym trainer that it would pain for 3-4 days (max to max) and then everything will be normal,






Your body parts may pain so much that you may think that they will come to their the original form or not, or they will get fractured and remain like current structure for all through your life and this may scare you but after some the time you will get to know that all those things were just a bad imagination of your mind and nothing bad will happen with you, so just chill and enjoy your Gyming.


Then your day to day Schedule of the gym will start, you will enjoy going to the gym, some times you will think to omit the gym, you will start to keep a track on the food which you are eating, whether it is hygienic or not, whether it’s healthy or not
